Personal Income Tax (PIT) is one of the main taxes that concern both employees and employers in Vietnam and is often the most prominent issue in handling payroll obligations in a company. PIT finalization and submission are generally divided into two categories: PIT paid by employees themselves, and PIT deducted from employees’ salaries and then paid by the employe r to the government.
