Job Description
- Manage the performance of the digital marketing team by ensuring achievement of monthly new inquiries to Incorp Vietnam (Formerly Cekindo) (main KPI) and other agreed digital marketing metrics
- Lead digital marketing department strategic objectives and execution
- Identify opportunities for Incorp Vietnam (Formerly Cekindo) to use digital technology to enhance our overall marketing mix: product, price, place, or promotion
- Identify target markets and develops strategies to communicate with them
- Do continuous competitor’s website benchmarking as sources for constant inputs for marketing department plan and activities
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities including but not limited to content & promotion creation, organic SEO & PPC optimization, marketing activities creation for social media and other marketing platform’s
- Manage and coordinate overall content inventory, aligned with digital marketing strategic objectives and Incorp Vietnam (Formerly Cekindo)’s target markets
- Work with sales team to create regular events, both online and offline for brand awareness and lead generation
- Effectively manage a team of 4 including full-time employees and interns in the marketing department
- Work closely with various specialists and freelancers involved (content writers, SEO, PPC, and web development) and provide recommendations related to the implementation of digital strategies
- Manage and complete the company’s continued rebranding, from Cekindo Vietnam to Incorp Vietnam
- Manage the design and development of our second website in order to support the rebranding process
Requirements
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or experience
- 3+ years in digital and/or integrated marketing roles or strategic marketing consulting.
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
- Experience in all aspects of the marketing mix, mentioned previously
- Experience leading marketing projects and gathering cross-functional content
- Experience in customer and market research
- Comprehensive Experience in Content & Inbound Marketing
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing (E.G. latest algorithmic updates)
- Strong technical marketing skills (preferable: including experience in operating: word press, google analytics, google search console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Ads, mailchimp
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Skilled and knowledgeable in digital marketing (especially in SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Good verbal and writing skill in English is a must (fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English is preferred). An IELTS score of 7+ or equivalent is preferred as well.
- Computer literate and proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and all google docs
- Creative and pro-active characteristics
- Proficient writing skills
- Huge ownership of his/her work and can work independently
- Located in Ho Chi Minh City
